About our Broker

Homes are her Passion!

She’s not just another pretty face in the housing community, Beth Williams-Holley, CEO of Ernest Homes LLC., has an eye for elegance and dedication to detail. She is a true testament to female builders in this country.  In a traditionally male dominated profession, she stands out above and beyond in style and quality in the home building industry, yet remains insightful to her clients housing budget.

When asked how she came into the homebuilding business, Beth simply states, “I married into this business.” In 1985, she assisted her late husband Ernest Williams, who was a third generation brick mason, establish Ernest Homes. Since the passing of Ernest, she continues to carry out Ernest’s vision and the family legacy.  Her family roots are firmly planted within the Richmond Hill community, however her new home communities continue to grace the entire coastal empire from Chatham County, Effingham County & Bryan County.

As our area’s first female president of the Home Builders Association, she has a long list of accomplishments which include being appointed as National Chairperson of the Sales & Marketing Council, an active Member of our local Home Builders Association of Savannah and the Savannah Board of Realtors, and a founding Member of our local HBA’s Sales & Marketing Council.

Beth also believes in giving back to the community.  Ernest Homes constructed the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Dream Home for three consecutive years, raising over $2,000,000 for the cause. She established the Ernest Homes Academic AllStars Program for homeowner’s children in grades 1 through 12 who achieve academic excellence.  Beth is a participant in Relay for Life, donates to the local YMCA chapter, and has donated computers and outdoor classrooms as well to the Effingham and Bryan County School system.

As founder of Liz & Associates and Ernest Realty Beth’s passion is not only in her business, but in the care and integrity that she extends for her clients as well as her associates.  As Beth demonstrates in her day to day business activities, it is the people that make a house a HOME!
